1rokok Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 1rokok platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited under local law.
• Register under your own name with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. False information will result in immediate account termination.
• Not have been previously banned from using the platform by 1rokok management.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, household, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other information needed for the identity verification (KYC) process. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed.

2 User Account & Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. This includes any betting, deposits, withdrawals, and account setting changes made either by yourself or by any party that gains access to your account.

• Keep your password secure and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection — highly recommended.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi network.
• Notify the 1rokok support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• 1rokok will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or grant access to your account to any other party. Violation of this condition will result in account termination and forfeiture of all existing balances and bonuses.

3 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

1rokok supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All transactions are processed through secure channels integrated with local payment systems.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support with proof of transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.
• 1rokok does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for your last deposit for security purposes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account has not fully completed the KYC process.
• 1rokok reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

1rokok offers a variety of bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's details.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 1rokok reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses have a validity period that must be observed. Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirement is met will be automatically forfeited.

5 General Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be appealed unless a technical error can be verified by system records.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, affected bets will be returned to your account within 24 hours.

• Players are not permitted to play from two or more devices simultaneously on the same account.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

6 Prohibited Conduct

To protect platform integrity and safeguard all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on 1rokok:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or use of another person's personal information.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse such as opening multiple accounts, coordinating between accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or bet arbitrage.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about the 1rokok platform or its staff.
• Any form of coercion, threats, or abuse directed at customer support staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, freezing of all funds in the account pending investigation, and possible legal action where appropriate.

7 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

1rokok takes the privacy and security of members' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and platform use is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read on the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used solely for account operations, transaction processing, identity verification, and service-related communications.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Either you or 1rokok may terminate the account under certain circumstances:

Termination by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal once the request is confirmed.

Termination by 1rokok: 1rokok reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transaction activity.

9 1rokok Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, 1rokok shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party network failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses incurred due to the user's negligence in maintaining account security.
• Valid game outcomes that do not favour the player — this is a risk voluntarily accepted by every player.

1rokok's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Responsible Gaming
